Sleeping accommodations are perfect for one, two or three couples. The bedrooms, located on the second story, consist of two self-contained master suites each with a king bed, full bathroom with shower and tub,walk-in closet, clock radio, and sliding glass doors opening on to a private screened-in-balcony. Both rooms have cove (South) and Caribbean (North) views. One bedroom contains a remote control color TV. The sleeper sofa located in the sun room can be used as a third sleeping accomodation. All rooms have adjustable speed ceiling fans and air conditioning. The upstairs entrance balcony contains a full linen closet including towels.
Rum Point consists of hundreds of yards of crystal clear shallow sand flats in a conservation zone and marine park. Your front yard is North Sound where you can enjoy some of the best swimming, snorkeling and diving in the world. Enter Rum Point by taking a few steps from your front door on a sand path between white picket fences. As you walk toward the , cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home. Australian pines with island parrots and tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the shore.
Adjoining the living room is the dining room and newly re ed kitchen complete with microwave, toaster, blender, BBQ, and all necessary cooking tools. Off to the side is the half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. The two story screened in porch contains an informal dining area directly off the kitchen that provides an unobstructed view of your hand-raked sand lawn back yard with tropical trees and shrubs leading to the pool, boat dock, and shoreline of the cove. Lovely breezy open villa is bright and airy with original Cayman artwork. Looking through a two-story wall of glass from the foyer sitting nook ( with queen pull-out sofa) and living room (with cable TV / VCR, stereo / CD / cassette / telephone) you see the Caribbean Sea. Turn around and see your screened-in-porch, back yard and the cove in the distance through 9' of sliding glass doors.
Care to take your dip in a swimming pool rather than the ocean? You can swim in our 20' x 40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is enough deck furniture provided for 20 people with a mixture of chairs, lounges and benches.
