Normal reservations are booked from either
Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
We will consider other day's upon request .
Check in time is 3:00 PM on the date of arrival.
Check out time is 11:00 AM on the date of departure.

*UTILITY/DAMAGE/CLEANING DEPOSIT
There is an additional charge to the above "Monthly Rates"
to guests of a Utility/Damage/Cleaning Deposit Fee.
A deposit of $1000.00 USD per month is required.
These charges will cover the cost of the following:
Utilities, (electricity, phone, water [if applicable], etc.),
and any damage, loss/or breakage incurred during occupancy
and any cleaning necessary on the guest departure.
Owner will submit expenses and reimburse the guest balance
due within 30 to 45 days of departure.
